overview
Eunice helps crypto exchanges, custodians, and financial institutions automate due diligence, monitor risk events, and meet cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
As the sole product designer since late 2025, I owned the platform design, brand system, marketing site, and seed stage fundraise pitch deck.

Problem
Compliance teams at exchanges had no purpose-built tool to assess, monitor, and audit thousands of token listing decisions across multiple jurisdictions, they were doing it manually in spreadsheets. Data was scattered across PDFs, internal documents, and browser tabs.
They needed a way to generate defensible, audit-ready assessments, maintain ongoing compliance after listing, and keep pace with listing new tokens faster than any manual process could follow.

The platform does two things today. Due Diligence generates audit-ready assessments of tokens against configurable templates, covering legal classification, governance, market risk, technology, and other dimensions. Monitoring tracks token assets over time and surfaces events that change an earlier assessment.
Both run through a pipeline of research, writer, and judge agents.
Hermione, a more recent research surface, lets teams compare tokens
side-by-side on dimensions they define themselves.
Match the analyst's existing workflow
Compliance and risk analysts already have a research process. It typically lives inside a Excel sheets, tokens as rows, risk dimensions as columns (governance, market data, legal classification, team, tech), each cell populated by hand from a trail of PDFs, notes, and browser tabs. The spreadsheet is the mental model.

Outcome
The success of the product and design work contributed to Eunice raising $8M in seed funding, announced March 2026, led by Moonfire Ventures and Speedinvest. The platform is in production with exchanges and custodians including Coinbase, Crypto.com, Copper, and Zodia Custody. The company contributes to UK digital asset disclosure standards through participation in the FCA's Regulatory Sandbox.
